ALVARO MACHADO

Alvaro is an adorable 8 year old boy who likes to play sports, play video games, and ride bikes. He loves swimming, coloring, drawing, and he likes animals. Alvaro's favorite hobbies are collecting Yigioh cards and attending cub scouts. He likes to be around people and is very outgoing. His foster mother describes him as being "very energetic, and sociable."

Alvaro is diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) for which he takes daily prescribed medications. He has an IEP and is in a self contained emotionally disabling classroom. He is attending counseling session once a week to address his behavioral and abandonment issues, as well as working towards forming healthy boundaries.

Alvaro is in need of a permanent family who will provide him with structure, boundaries, and stability. He needs an environment that will love and support him. Alvaro will do well in a family with a two parent home with older or no siblings and with people who are patient and caring. Alvaro needs a forever family who will support and guide him to reach his fullest potential.

YESENIA ALVAREZ

Yesenia Alvarez is an energetic and sociable 13 year old girl. She likes to read books, listen to music, talk on the phone, skateboard, go to the mall, go shopping, dance and sing. Academically, Yesenia has A's and B's. Her favorite subject is Math. She takes pride in her appearance and would like to be an attorney when she grows up. Yesenia likes to be around her friends, and works well with others.

Yesenia is diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), but at this time is not taking any medication. Yesenia has expressed her desire to improve her behaviors, and has continued to make efforts to do so. She generally allows herself to be receptive to feedback and care for others well being.

Yesenia is in need of a permanent family who will provide her with structure, boundaries, and stability. She would like a family who is young and active that has older children or no children in the home. She needs an environment that will love and support her as well as show her trust and caring. Yesenia needs a forever family who will support and guide her to reach her fullest potential.
