ABOUT THE YOUTH SPECIALIST POSITION

Youth Specialists interact daily with our youth, providing structure and guidance. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, behavior management skills, and problem solving skills. One year experience working with at-risk teens or one year course work in a related field is required. $10.00-11.00/hour starting, depending on the shift.
